Finely chop 2-3 Onions and 10-12 Garlic cloves & grate one piece of coconut. Boil 200gms White Peas (Mutter).
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan; add onion and garlic mixture, and heat for 2 minutes; add 3 tsp of Flower Brand Usal Masala and boiled White Peas.
Heat for 2 minutes. Add 3 glasses of water, Salt as per taste, and coconut. Cook for 15 Minutes. Delicious Usal is ready.
Garnish it with chopped onions, green coriander, Sev, and Lime. Serve hot with Pav (Puffed Breads).
