300 g Buckwheat Flour
75 g Boiled Potato
10 g Green Chillies
10 g Coriander Leaves
100 ml Curd
3 g Black Pepper Powder
5 g Cumin Powder
30 g Sugar
1 g Pomegranate Seeds

Procedure:

Mix buckwheat flour, boiled potato, green chilies, coriander, and salt.

Scoop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil.

Deep fry the Bhallas till golden brown and soak them in cold water.

Whisk curd, sugar, black pepper, and cumin powder till it reaches a smooth consistency.

Squeeze the excess water from the Bhallas and place it in a bowl along with the sweetened curd.

Garnish with fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds. Serve cold.
