Sprouts & Corn Chatpata Chaat

Ingredients:

 1 ½ cups Boiled Mixed Sprouts
 ½ cup Boiled Sweet Corn Kernels
 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
 ¼ cup Finely Chopped Onions (Optional)
 1 tsp Flower Brand Chaat Masala
 5 tbsp Sweet Chutney
 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
 2 tbsp Fine Sev
 ¼ cup Crushed Papdis
 Salt To Taste
For The Garnish
 1 tbsp Fine Sev
 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
 2 Papdis, Crushed
 ½ cup Pomegranate Seeds (Optional)

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well. Serve immediately garnished with sev, coriander (Dhania), pomegranate seeds, and papdis.

Flower Brand Chaat masala is a mix of hot and tangy spices, which is used to spice up many snacks, salads, fruit salads, fruit juices, and some curries.

Just sprinkle 1-2 tsp. on your fruit/vegetable salad, squeeze a little lemon juice/good vinegar like balsamic vinegar, mix thoroughly and enjoy!

Add it to fried nuts, yogurt, and yogurt dishes.

You can use it in all sorts of Indian chaat recipes.

Impart a tangy taste to your pakodas – potato, banana, or onion, by just sprinkling a little chaat masala on it.

A pinch of chaat masala imparts a delicious taste to buttermilk.

Sprinkle it on your bread-butter slice, dosa, or corn/sprouts bhel for a tangy taste.
