
Ingredients:
1 cup Chick Peas (Kabuli Chana), Soaked Overnight
1 Tomato, Finely Chopped
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
2 tsp Flower Brand Cholemasala
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
¼ tsp Jeera Powder
¼ tsp Flower Brand Garam Masala
23 Whole Green Chilies
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Salt or Black Salt (Sanchar Powder) to taste
¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina) & Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhania)

Preparation:

Pressure-cook Chickpeas for 4 whistles until they are soft. Drain and keep aside.

Make a paste of Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves by grinding in a mixture with little water; add green chilies and stir well to make a thick paste.

Heat cooking oil in a pan; add Onion and sauté till they are golden brown add Tomatoes to it and cook well.

Add CholeMasala, Chili powder, Dry Mango powder, Jeera powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, and salt/black salt and sauté for another minute.

Add Chickpeas and 1 cup of water and mix well. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
For Serving:

Garnish with finely cut Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhania); serve hot along with Bhatura (Puri) or Naan.
