
Ingredients:
Coriander

Fenugreek & Dry Curry Leaves (all in grounded form)
Procedure:

In a pressure cooker, cook 3 tbsp Toor dal & 3 cups water + ½ tsp oil + 1 pinch of turmeric powder, and to it add 240g cut vegetables of your choice & 1 cup of water. Churn the cooked dal and keep aside.

Grind 2 ½ tbsp Flower Brand Sambar Powder +2 tsp coconut + ½ cup water.

Add the grind mix to the cooked dal & vegetables. Further, add 2 tbsp tamarind pulp or lemon juice (optional) and salt to taste and boil for 5 minutes.

Heat ½ tbsp oil in a pan, add ½ tsp mustard & 1 sprig curry leaves then add to sambar.

Sambar is ready to serve with Flower Brand Instant Idli, Dosa, Vada or as side dish with rice.
