Pickle Masala can be used to make different varieties of instant pickles. A very famous spice blend amongst Gujarati & Maharashtrian households in India

Cut Raw Mango into small pieces, clean them and add Flower Brand Pickle Masala. Mix it well
Heat oil in a pan and wait for it to cool down. Add the mixture to the oil and transfer it to preferably a glass jar for longer shelf life. Mango Pickle is ready.
Mix the Flower Brand Pickle Masala with fresh Lime Juice as per the required quantity and fill it in a glass jar along with Lime pieces. Keep it for 8 days.
After 8 days, if you want to make a Sweet & Sour Lime Pickle, then add Sugar as per your taste and the pickle is ready.
If one wants Lime Pickle, then heat oil in a pan and wait for it to cool down. Add the mixture to the oil and transfer it to preferably a glass jar for longer shelf life. Lime Pickle is ready.
